Refunds are available if requested within 30 days, for online course subscription. Refunds for other services are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

All content provided by Trainiant, including, but not limited to, copy, branding, digital tools, guides, frameworks, videos, workbooks, and curated resources—is the intellectual property of Trainiant. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any part of our content without our prior written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability
